  1. You have questions regarding the files that you downloaded/purchased, or Tribe subscriptions which you subscribed.
  2. You have questions regarding file release schedule or a specific reward.
  3. You are not satisfied with the quality of the purchase.
  4. This item is included in another bundle that you purchased previously, and looking for refund.

For the above reasons, if you need assistance from Creators, please follow the steps below to help creators understand the issues.
